I had a brand new 1073.050 Tunze silence pump delivered to me today thru an online store, however when testing the pump in a bucket of water, it won't start.
The power adapter lights up and I have tested it with a multimeter and it is working fine. When plugging it into the Tunze safety connector, I can hear the relay click on which means there is power.
When applying the power to the pump, nothing happens.
I have spun the impeller and don't see anything blocking it and it moves fairly easily, however a little stiff.
Any ideas?
