The lighting is 2x24w 50/50 bulbs, its the jbj nano cube 12 dx
there is about 8 pounds of LR, 10 pounds of LS

i really like it, but you might want to upgrade the pump, i didnt, everything is stock except for the addition of chemipure.

i am a huge zoa fan

what kind of lighting is best for tanks like this. Not for sps, but with plenty for soft corals, and anemones. I am getting a 45 predrilled with a megaflo, build by someone affiliated with oceanic. Its 24X18, dont know the height, i assume just a bit taller than the 30 cube. I was thining 2 of the 2X65 watt pcs by coralife, 115 a piece, not a bad dea. 230 for 260 watts. Any thoughts? I am also thinking about filtration, possibly a refuge/sump underneath, or a wetdry. No skimmer initially, the tank is actually for my girlfriend, she doesnt want to go crazy. Shed rather get a crazy expensive nice looking stand instead of a nice skimmer.

Where did you get those lime green almost yellow zoas. I want some real bad. Their in the second and third pictures of your last post.

I went one marinefloras website and they dont have anything except macroaglae. I wish I could find a good place with cheaper zoo frags. I have found that www.yourreef.com and sealifeflorida.com are pretty good for soft corals, mainly zoos and rics/mushrooms. I might order from them.
