Brands of lighting

Hey I'm new to this and i just had a question about the best brand of lighting.

I have a 24" fixture with a 250W halide and 2 t5's on it and i'm looking into replacing them sometime soon.

I was just wondering what brand/company makes the best halide and t5 bulbs?

and what combo of the 3 would be the best?

I have a hamilton 250 watt with t5s, just one over a 72 gallon bowfront. Looking to add another one. Curious to see what others will put.
