Hi Reefers,
I m moving to a new house, in about 1-2 months, and the soon-to-be wife will only accept a smaller set up even though we are moving to a bigger house. :headwally:
Here are some details about my set up:
1. Tank is rimless from Miracle (Made in Canada) with peninsula style, but I paid $50 to have the back glass tinted (can be easily removed). Dimension: 72x36x22 (about 247gals). Glass is starfire 3/4 inch thick. Drain and return (overflow) are on the side to provide better access and more room for the tank. ($1000). There are only a few hairline scratches.
2. Sump is custom built from Advance Acrylic. It is PVC acrylic, and it looks awesome beside the fact that I was charged a lot for it. ($450)
3. Stand is built very solid although I wish it could be a little taller. (Free with tank and sump purchase)
4. Skimmer is Aquamaxx Co-3. ($220)
5. T5 Light fixture is from ATI power module with 10 bulbs ($350). This fixture is super heavy. Length is 60 inches enough to over most area of my tank.
6. Light: Also, sitting on top of the tank are 2 Reefbrite 50/50 72" XHO $250 each with legs. Nice huh!
6. Chiller (Arctica 1/3HP) ($300)
I m going to use the remaining equipment and some livestock for my smaller setup.
Here is the ultimate question of how much you are selling the whole set up
Answer: I would like to sell the whole set up at once for $2500 including some lifestock and rocks.
Notes: I am also consider trading for around (100gals) set up from RedSea. All equipment are working properly and you can check them out.
No Rush since I will not move in another 1 or 2.
