Breaking LR

So I have a rather large piece of LR that i no longer like the location of. It has some Xenia on it and I'd like to move the rock to a lower flow area. Unfortunately it's just too large to move without breaking it. Can I break it out of the tank and then move it back in all in a matter of minutes and not worry about die-off? Or if there will be die-off, would it be significant enough for me to worry about a cycle?

There shouldnt be too much die off, Live Cured rock is shipped out of water for a day or so with little die off, so if you just have everything ready for a few minutes it should be fine
