Breeding Barnacle blennys?

Are Barnacle blenny's (Acanthemblemaria sp) known to breed and be raised in captivity?

If so, is there a way to tell the sex of the fish?

I dont know if the Genus you are referring to is or not, but many Combtooth Blennies species are sexually dimorphic. The male being larger than the female.
