Breeding CBS?

I've got a mated pair that I bought a while back. The larger of the two, which I'm assuming is the female, has developed what looks to be a clutch of eggs on her underbelly/tail. They're a blue/turquoise color. Are these eggs? They started to develop a month of so ago and have gotten larger since. Second question is are they likely to spawn in the tank? If so I would set up a smaller breeding tank just for them.

Any 2 shrimp will become a mated pair and generate eggs which will become a nice treat for the critters in your tank.

It's almost impossible to raise them. It you do some research, you can read about some successes with Peppermint Shrimp.
