bright white sand

Hi guys,

I'm looking at getting some sand for my 180. I like a bright white sand look. However, It can't be too fine because this will be a very high flow tank because it will be sps dominated. I don't want to have a sandstorm. Is there anything I can pick up at lowes or home depot that is a very good white sand that won't blow all over the place?

No. Any of the play sand you will find there will be tan to brown. Aragonite is about all you will find that is white. Carib-sea has several different grain sizes.

Ive had southdown sand before, I really liked it, but one problem I had was with it being so fine, it would create a sandstorm really easy if stirred up a little. With this being a very high flow tank, I have concerns with this.
