Here are the pics I promised of the brine shrimpery.
It's been up for a few weeks now but it's running well, and thought it was time to liven the moods out there with pics of a new tank (sort of)
I'm running 2 air pumps, one for the brine shrimp hatchery, and the other for the is connected to a sponge filter for the tank.
The tank is about 1.5 gallons hex
It has a tiny 5 watt heater down in the gravel, (sort of down in the gravel, see pics)
Then just a normal 25 watt light connected to the cabinet above the tank, then the timer for it is on the left (My usual timer you see in all my projects).
The hatchery is a continuous brine shrimp breeder, so I add eggs daily and they hatch 24 hours later or sooner. Then they just swim out of the hatchery into the water, and the egg shells stay in the hatchery. And just clean the hatchery weekly.
Hope you enjoy, let me know what you guys think.
PS my fish LOVE these tiny baby brine shrimp, and so will the seahorses when they arrive.
