Is it possible to have both at the same time. Here's the deal...
I started seeing white spots on my male clownfish and nothing on the female or my tailspot blenny...eventually QT'd the male clown and started treating with cupramine. Was planning to QT all fish a few days later. Then I noticed a little bit of white spots and discoloration on the female clownfish. I've got both clowns and my tailspot blenny in my QT now and am treating with cupramine.
So now it looks like the male clownfish is better, less white spots now and he is more active. The female I believe has Brooklynella because it looks alot like pictures from around the web of Brooklynella. So is it possible the male had ich and the female had Brooklynella or is it possible they both have both??
Since I'm treating for ich with cupramine can I treat the female with the formalin dip and just put her back in and the dip? Should I dip all fish even if they don't show signs of brooklynella?
My poor tailspot seemed happy as could be with no signs of anything in the DT and still has no signs. He's definitely not happy in the QT tank but I know that I must treat him for ich as well and leave the DT fallow.
Any advice would be very much appreciated as I thought I had this under control but now the Brooklynella has complicated things. :/
Thank you
