Brown Jelly Disease...Help!!!

How do you get rid of this? My beutiful 5 head Hammer Coral has been reduced to two heads because of it :-(. My water params seem to be fine, flow is good. It was suggested that i cut off the dead heads to prevent the stuff from spreading which I've done after the first two got it and then after i came back from a week vacation another head had it so i cut that head off. I tried syphoning it out and got a good portion but not all so had to resort to cutting off the head. My hammer seems to be the only coral effected by this (so far), what can i do to stop it from recurring before I lose my hammer completely?

it happened to me with a non branching hammer, i dipped it in lugols formula, i believe is 40 drops in 1 gallon for 15 minutes, then i did a quick dip in fresh water for like 30 seconds and the coral recuperate completely after a week or so, and that was a year ago, its still there, but you have to do that to be sure you'll be successful in the early stages, as soon as you see the nasty stuff, IMO i will do it anyhow, good luck !!!

keep good flow around the hammer--that way detritus and uneaten food doesnt settle in and turn into infection.
