Brown Jelly on Poccillopora

I thought this only happened on eyphyllia but I have brown jelly progressing through a large old and otherwise healthy colony of poccillopora. What are my options, iodine dip? Frag it up?

BJD can hit any coral type. You named the interventions, dip and frag.

Couldn't find Lugol's at the LFS, picked up some seachem reef dip, it says it is iodine-based so hopefully it is good enough. I'll do a dip and report back with results in a few days.

First dip slowed down the progression a lot. I did a double strength dip, for double the amount of time. I did another dip 2 days later because there was a little more tissue loss. I have been watching closely for about a week now and I think the dieoff has stopped. I did not frag the colony at all.
