Brown Spot Epidemic

I have recently developed 3 mm brown spots on a number of corals in my tank. They have attached to mushrooms and yellow leather coral. Looks like the corals are not doing too well. I assume I have a problem Houston. Chemicals seem to be good. I do have a pH that is only 7.9. I'd like this higher. Any thoughts?

Houston, you do have a problem. Could be flatworms....

I certainly condone better living through the science of chemical enhancement, but you need to be sure what you have first.
