Brown stringy crap?

In a Forest Gump voice "I think I got the Dinoflagets"...Its brown and stringy.It catches on my corals and looks like crap.It is not cyno.Water changes every 15 days...all pramiters are good....Can any one help.Water changes seem to make it worse.Thanks in advance...Mitch

Water changes make it worse. The trace in the new water fuels the dinos. Dont do water changes!! Leave the lights off for a day. Monitor your corals and do it for another day if possible. This will cut it down a lot. Use actinics only. It is tough to kick, but it can be done
