Ok so I added an orange shoulder tang to my tank on Tuesday after being in QT for two weeks. Received hypo treatment. Has been eating like crazy, swimming normal and just being a regular fish.
Yesterday I noticed these two brownish spots on its left side. They don't look like they are on the surface as there is no bulge, doesn't look furry, etc. He isn't rubbing up against anything, breathing is normal, etc. They were not there the day before yesterday.
Tank itself has been setup for 2+ months, but water and rock came from a year old tank.
Tank params and other inhabitants are:
Ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 5
Temp - 77
SG - 1.025
Foxface Lo
Pair of Melanopus Clowns
Humu Humu
Diamond Watchman Goby
Cucumber
LTA
Snails
Crabs
Couple of corals
Also, running bio pellets, GFO and carbon.
What am I looking at here? What are the recommended treatments...if any? Should I pull out and put back into QT?
Thanks
