I know Randy has gone over this before but I would like to get some of your thoughts on which media do you like running better in your media reactor? I have used both and i think that I get better results using the BRS GFO High Capacity vs the Rowaphos.. I know every situation is different but still would like to her some of your opinions. Rowaphos says that will not leach back p04 into the tank but there is no scientific data to back that up, at least that i could find on the net. Let me know?

TANK INFO:

Ive tan all types of phos media out there. Rowaphos is excellent, my only complaint is it is very fine and makes a mess when you first set it up. Seachem's Phosfiltrum is a much better high capacity option, as it compares to Rowa, but it is of rigid particle consistency and will not grind itself. I run it for months before it needs to be replaced, testing like I stated very similarly to Rowa keeping PO4 low for long before exhausted.

I thought Rowa was chunky I have regular go and top of jar was granular but bottom is very powdery and takes a while to clear
