Bryopsis?

As the title suggests, is this bryopsis? I'm pretty sure it is, but would like a second opinion. I know I have some regular hair algae, but I've been noticing what looks like little ferns on some of my rocks.

It's pretty fern like, but some hair algae can look like that.

The first picture is the best but it's just not quite detailed enough to be sure. Bryopsis has small branches at the ends, I think I see them in the first photo but I'm not certain. Can you get a little better photo?

Thats the best I can get unfortunately. it looked more fern like yesterday, but during my WC I took a scrub brush to the rocks and knocked alot of the fern like branches off the stalks. It is definitely fern like in appearance. Lol I have several different species of ferns growing in my garden, and other then size, they almost look identical.

The second picture I figure is just some plain old hair algae, just wanted to post it for comparison.

Off to buy some Tech M. I know I should raise it to around 1600 to 1800 PPM slowly over several days, but at what rate can I do this? How big of a swing in a 24 hour period?
