it was deflated for 3 days after feeding and this morning saw it like the picture. Params are all within normal.

Donno if i stressed it too much from water blasting around the area with a baser or from the food.

At this point thoughts on what I should do to try and save it?

Looks like it is trying to purge, leave it be and make sure it gets good flow and I am fairly certain it will be fine.

not sure if i am going to be flamed for this, i have had my rbta for years, i very rarely feed it, i can not even remember the last time i did, i think many people over feed them and this in turn causes issues. just my 2 cents, mine i grown to the size of a dinner plate, splits once in a while, been in my tank for 6 years now

Roy, no flaming at all should come your way for that at all. All anemones that contain zooxanthellae do not need to be fed anything at all. They get their "food" from light.

If you do want to feed your anemone they will grow faster and in the case of BTA's if over fed will usually split. One thing that feeding does is makes the anemone grow faster than with just lighting.

So if you want to feed your anemone then do so, I wouldn't feed them more than once or twice a week and feed very little. With BTA's something about the size of a pencil eraser say a piece of shrimp or salmon or other type of fish, or frozen Mysis and even some of the frozen mixes that you feed your fish. Just make sure it's in small amounts, don't over feed them to the point that they spit it back out.
