BTA tank size, needs and care

Hey guys I'm kind of new to the hobby, this will be my second tank setup after my first one had to be pulled down due to moving house. I have set up a 150litre (39g) tank and will soon be adding a sump/refugium below roughly 16g.
I would love to have bubble tip anemone in this setup however I'm a little worried my tank size may be too small. Nothing is in the tank currently except live rock until the water matures again after the sump is installed. Then I plan to wait a couple of months and then add the anemone as the first life form so it can move wherever it wants and settle with no problems (hopefully).

So what do you guys think, is a 39g tank too small for a bta? This will be my first anemone so I've been going to town with research to make sure I've got everything right for it when the times comes I'm just worried about tank size. I'll upload some photos of the tank as of today.

Wish I could help you out there, though on a side note, it looks like you have GHA/turf algae starting. It shows on the last two pics, best in the last on the pinnacle and down the rock. You probably (currently) have a nutrient (phosphate) problem. Anems are not great for this. Plus the bacteria will need food until you add an anem to stay alive. 6 months to a year plus to add an anem. I added at 3 months a carpet and BTA (bubble tip) the carpet melted in a few days, the carpet took a month then melted.
