Bubble Coral inflating one bubble too much?

I have a bubble coral the size of a a dinner plate aprox. Since 6 months ago on of the bubbles at the top of the coral kept growing to the point that that single bubble is aprox 5 times or more than the rest. if each bubble is the size of a grape this bubble is the size of a lemon. Does anybody knows why the coral seems to be doing ok, but looks weird and I am afraid its an illness more than just coincidence
