Bubble coral problems

I purchased a very large and beautiful pearl bubble about 3 months ago and it has just seemed to retract and slowly die back every since I've had it. I just don't know what to do. I have a few other LPS corals that are doing great. I have tried moving it around on the sandbed but I'm not sure what to do? I have a 54 gallon corner tank with about 8-9 watts per gallon. Anybody got any suggestions???

My bubble got ****ed off when I moved one of my air pumps and it was getting too much flow, I moved him to where there is very little flow and he is doing great.

Are you feeding it? If so, what and how offen?
