bubble coral

i have had my bubble corals for 2 years now. im not sure why but when compared to other bubble corals.. mine are always having their mouths naked in the center. i have seen other bubble corals closed and just having the bubbles covered. i have a different bubble coral right next to it which does the same. is there any reason why it is doing it? and it does it all day even if i turn off my vortech.

THE middle NEON green that is all puffy is a web picture i got, and that is what i want it to do.. and the one with the lights off is mine along with the very right.

i just want my bubble coral to be puffy, it just seems as mine just wants to stress his tentacles and skin out.. it may have even stretched it too out? because when its totally dark the whole bubble corals skin seems very thick.

The tentacles on mine come out at night or when it smells food. It goes between flappy and bubbly during the day. I do know that it photo synthesizes best with its bubbles inflated.

What's lighting, and can you get a zoomed out pic so I can see placement? How long have you had them, how often do feed? Looks like it's growing to me.
