I'm in panic mode right now. My bubble coral isn't doing to well and I'm afraid it is too late. I've read a lot on here and I know the question you're gonna ask as far as nitrates, PH level....well I don't know all that and that's my mistake. I pay a professional to take care of all that. He comes once a month. I don't know how to even check it to be honest. I know I'm getting ready to take some heat on checking all that stuff but right now I'm concerned about my bubble.

There appears to be an issue but hope is not lost. I had a bubble recede worse than yours but with time it came back. The problem is without knowing what is going on any plan of action would be a shot in the dark. Issues could be anything from water chemistry to lighting to water flow or even pests.
Also is this a long established piece or a recent addition? What's going on with your other coral if any?
If a professional is doing your maintenance get them out to see if they can figure it out. If not get a water sample to a LFS for them to test. Also address if there have been any recent changes made that spawned on the downturn.

I would start with basics. Check temp, ph, and nitrate to start. Those look good check alk, mag and calc. nemos is a good LFS that may test for you.

Unfortunately you're going to need to know those things to get much help since there's a lot of factors involved. My guess would be your lights are too bright/white, it's getting no flow, or your alkalinity is low.

I have 2 bubble corals in my tank, 1 green and 1 a light purple. The green one was doing fine, both were eating until 1 day they wouldnt eat. I feed my corals once every 2 weeks to a month. The green bubble coral was dying fast but the other one was also dying but not as fast. The purple one lost 1 mouth but the green was basically and no joke 99% gone. I just left it in there and a couple months ago I saw it coming back. Same as the purple one, the purple is back to how it was when I bought it and growing. The green one on the other hand is slowly coming back since it can't eat. I started to see 1 bubble and now theres about 10 bubbles. I noticed that in the skeleton, it lookes like a small nem in there but it starts growing bubbles out of there. It is coming back but I dont know why it almost completely died and then its coming back. Both are in the same place on the sand with low flow and medium to high light which I did light acclimate them. Sometimes corals are tempermental, there is a local seahorse breeder here who has a plate coral that looks like it is completely dead in one of his tanks but he showed me how it keeps spitting out more plate corals and once they are about a quarter size, he frags them off. He has about 4 growing on it right now the size of dimes but the mother just looks dead lol.
Not much has changed. I moved some things around to try and change the current. I'm going to try and change my lighting around this weekend. Moving it around the bubbles that had shrunk were hard like a rock. The weird thing I've had it been in the tank for about 4 months and was looking really good. All of a sudden it doesn't want to show off anymore. I'm in contact with my guy to come out and see what the deal is.
Just wanted to update everyone. All of my parameters were within the numbers they should be. Ph, alkalinity, nitrates, calcium were all good. Did a water change and took the bubble corral out and will try to nurse it back to health by moving it to another tank. The only thing I can come up with is lighting. Checking on upgrading that next week.

As long as you have some tissue left on the skeleton there is hope. Try not to stress it by moving it unless the new tank has similar water parameters like salinity, alk, Ph, and temp.
The charlotte aquarium society, Rasoc, has a meeting sat at Fintastic from 2 to 4. May be a good place to get some help.
