Bubble in seal

I was starting to do some prep work for the 120 gallon fowlr I am setting up, when I noticed a bubble in the silicone seal. It feels smooth to me, but bothers me because I know my cat got into the tank. I have no idea how she managed to do it (I figured 5' was too high to get into) but I blocked it off immediately after. Suggestions?

I doubt your cat caused the bubble. It looks like it happened at the factory as there is silicone over it. I wouldn't worry about it. You'll have to fill the tank to check it for leaks before you start it up anyway just keep an eye on it. It appears to be sealed all around it. I'm betting it is factory sealed.
