Bubble Magus curve 7 elite

I was in need of upgrading skimmers. My old one was 10 years old and started acting up on me. I looked around and ended up getting the new bubble magus curve 7 elite from marine depot. I have had it running about 2 weeks now. I have to say this thing looks nice, breakin took maybe a day and it started to pull some nasty stuff out real fast... my only issue with it has a loud hum/vibration noise. if I push down on it hard it stop but I cant figure out what it is. Anyone ever dealt with this??? I have a feeling the pump inside it is loose, I just need to pull it out and check. When I contacted marine depot they advised it should be quiet so............ only other thing I can think is to set it on something so its not sitting on glass???? it has rubber feet but idk?

check the pump to see if anything loosened up.

you could always get a silicone trivet mat on amazon and cut it to size. they help a lot

Not sure what to tell you except.. take it apart and check it.. and my curve 5 is very quiet..
