Bubble Tip Anemone problem

I've had my Rose BTA for about a week, every day and a half or so it shrivels up and spits out it's waste. This can last for like 12 hours. I've got 4 watts per gallon on him. What's wrong? Is this normal? My sp. gr. is 1.025. My Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrates are all zero.

Yes, it's not unusual when they're acclimating to behave the way you describe. your parameters look good. Give it time to settle in. It's attached and the coloring is good, I wouldn't be too concerned.

Wow that is no ordinary rose, looks like it is green and red.

You will just have to wait this out, BTA like to scare you. LOL. I would suggest you DON'T try to feed it until it is settled in.
