Bubble Tip Anemone question

About a week ago I bought a BTA for my 29 gal BioCube. I know that they are prone to move around for a while but I was wondering how long it takes them to settle down in one place. My BTA moves deep into a crevasse of my live rock when the main lights are out to the point where it is barely seen. When the main lights come on it moves out onto the rock a little further. My preference of course would be for it to move out completely onto a rock and then stay there so it can be seen better. Is this normal behavior for that anemone, is there any point to try and move it to where I want it? I would like it to settle down before I get the clowns to go with it. Thanks for any advise.

John

P.S. What kind of water flow does a BTA prefer?

Dont move it just let it be.Its hard to say how long it will take your anemone to get put and stay put!BTA do tend to move around a bit more so I feel that this is normal behaivor.Ya might try adding some clowns to help acclimate it.People say that it can help the anemones settle down.

Bubbbles will go into about any flow.I have had them live in high, medium, and low flow for long periods of time.

Hope this helps!

My Anemone went into the overflow today and almost died. It is slowly starting to come back but I got it two days ago and it has moved alllllllll over my tank!
