Bubble tips or long tenticles

I have many red bubble tips (all related from splitting) as well as some orange, multicolored, and rose bubble tip anemones (not related to the reds) ...

All the red bubble tips have long extended tenticles where the others have short bulb like tenticles. They are in the same lighting, and have the same water flow.

Is it possible there are just different types of bubble tips? Some that are always long and some that are always short and bulb like? Here are pictures...

ive always wondered the same as ive had both in the past as well. or if the long ones just never inflated
