It took everything I had to go slow.....but since there isnt too much documentation on these I wanted to capture it. Now I start the upgrades.....

LOL you can buy a self cleaning head that costs just as much as the skimmer. Pat has it in one of his pics.

Sorry, I meant the upgraded skimmer from a ASM G-2 and the RD II from the Iwaki MD-100.

Well everything is running....Wow is that RD II quiet..... Its almost too quiet.

The BK 300 is chugging along... the air flow from the intake can be felt 2" away! Its quiet too, all you hear is the needle wheel grinding up the bubbles.

I will post first skimmate as soon as it happens!
