Hey, I woke up this morning and inspected my tank shortly after my timers set the lights on and i found these tiny white bugs on the inside of the glass on my tank. Not sure if these are good or bad, but they almost look like tad pols(sp?). Any help. Good or bad? How to get rid of them if they're bad?

That's a good thing. Means your tank is alive and thriving. If there is a mass explosion of them, keep an eye on your nitrates. Sometimes an explosion of pods can indicated water parameter issues.
