what do u think.
and everything is in 2X6's im not exactly good with matching the wood sizes.

does the design look strong.

I would double the 2x6's and add another cross section to the front. single 2" boards warp A LOT and can cause the tank to crack over time. Doubling them up prevents this as the two do not warp the same way. Glue and screw them together with strong screws (NOT drywall!)
 
One thing I would change would be to take those top beams out of shear and set them on top of the posts.

You need to transfer the load to the ground
Can't tell from the picture, but the green 2x6's should be sitting on top of a support. Not screwed into the legs.
 
+1 on placing all beams above columns. If use pocket screws to build my stands for a very strong joint http://www.kregtool.com/Master-System-Prodview.html. I would place a 3/4in thick board over top screwed down into beams. Jigsaw holes out for overflow bulkhead. Suggest adequate bracing in two axes - maybe 1/4in plywood on back and sides screwed in at 6in on center.
