i have a 2 bulb T5 retro with a IC430 ballast, one of the bulbs flickers and the other one does nothing, i checked the wiring where it goes into the end caps, re cut them, replaced the fuse, checked the bulbs, one is new and the other is used but works on my other tank, so i know it's good.
what can i do next.
should i replace the end caps?
