bulkhead question

Will one 1 inch bulkhead be enough for my 29 when drilled or should i add 2 of them??? but if i add 2 of them will the back still be stable??

Enough for what, a drain and return or just drains? Yes it will be stable enough if you do need two.

should be just fine. Typically a 1" hole will handle ~600 gph. I would bet your mag 5 will drop to ~300-350 gph after head loss.
