I've been PM'ing with cardiffgiant from URS (one of our neighboring clubs in Western NY) because they have a BRS group buy set to happen from 03/06 to 03/12 and I was set to pull the trigger on a $500 tax return fueled order and was looking for more bang for my buck. 
I know we as a club had an interest in a BRS group buy before but just didn't get enough confirmed numbers to get the deal so I asked cardiffgiant if I (and eventually WE) could get in on the deal and he graciously agreed. Apparently they are already WELL beyond the 10 people they need so this is totally a courtesy offer from our neighbors to the north.
Since it's a URS gig they can't post it in our forums so as an NCPARS member with permission from Dan (our club president) I'm extending the offer personally...I'm hoping I've satisfied RC's policies here.

I strongly recommend you hop in on this and please reply to this thread to let the club know you were interested (for the potential for future NCPARS BRS group buys) and also to keep this thread as a hot topic until the group buy is over.

- You get one week (Tuesday to Tuesday) to place your order.
- There is NO minimum (except for the organizer to get 10 people).
- Items are paid by you and shipped directly to you.
- Once you participate in a group buy you become a permanent preferred customer with discounts somewhere between their normal pricing and the group buy pricing.
