Bumble bee shrimp

Some questions on these! If I got a pair to eat starfish and because they are very cute, would my pistol shrimp or fish eat them? Or would they go after any of their tank mates?

Also, is there something like dipping corals you can do when adding a shrimp? Is this needed?
