Has anyone had any experience w/ bumblee shrimps? I have a 7.5 gallon (12X12X12) cube that is about 6 weeks old, already cycled. I have a couple of frags and a yellow clown goby. I know that they eat echinoderms (starfish), just like harlequin shrimp, do they eat anything else??

The Bumble Bee Shrimp will feed upon the tube feet of echinoderms, but do not require them for survival. Offer them pieces of frozen meaty foods such as brine or mysis shrimp, cockle, or small pieces of fish. They should be offered these foods daily.

I had one. I thought they were cool so I put it in my 46. Saw it the first 2 days, then not again until about 8 months later. They're so tiny. I had thought I lost it until I was rearranging some rock and saw it move across my hand. Needless to say I never actually fed it anything. Not sure what it ate at all. I still think they're cool though. If I keep them again I would keep a group of them in a nano like yours. They are really, really small.

I'm sure if your 46 was well established there was plenty of food that you did not have to feed them. Yeah I'm planning on a couple. and yes they are tiney 1/4 - 3/4 inch long. Thanks for the feedback.
