I have started to notice that some of my acropora are getting burnt tips. It started with my medium sized blue staghorn and now some of my frags are showing it.
I have been vodka dosing for about 6 weeks when I saw the tips start to brown.
I began reducing my alk to get it to 8 dKH.
On Tuesday, I also stopped vodka dosing. On Saturday, my test results were 460 Ca (Salifert), Alk 7.8 dKH (Hanna), 8 (API) and Mg 1380 (Salifert). My Phosphates were kind of high at .17 and Nitrates at 10.
I did a 25 gallon water change today and am changing out my GFO (1 Cup) and Carbon (1/2 Cup).
I also turned down my white LEDs (Rapid LED Onyx) to 60% while my blues and mixed channels are at 80% (ramps up and down
Is there anything else I should be doing?
