butterflies and leathers

I only the 2 kinds of pyramid butterfly, the longnose and the 3 kinds of coppebanded and its not 100% the other ones are polyp eaters and will eat them for sure.

I know there are a few more planktonik eaters but I forgot there names

thanks, i was wondering about any that just eat stony corals as well

plan is to run it with low cost softies probably mainly swapped so if disaster strikes then its not the end of the world...

Tinkers, Burgess, Declivius, Mauriatus

All these butterflies are thought to be planktivores and are typically harmless to corals. I have a Burgess in my reef and it does not touch anything except aiptasia.

lol, man all the spendy ones <grin> the burgesses arent to bad cost wise tho i think, they are all beautiful tho

I had a C. Auriga with several large Sarcophyton leathers and it never bugged them.

I wish I had that luck, Ive tried three different Racoons and have never had one that did not eat or try to eat my soft corals. The first one was almost immediate. He came out of QT and literally went right for the soft corals.
