Buy RR 150hqi Nano or 150hqi light for 29gal?

I was looking at buying a aquapod 150hqi 24gal (or something close to it). I also have a set up 29gal with live rock runing already. So, should I buy a aquapod or a light for my 29? the only thing I'm concerned with on the 29 is it has no overflow. But the nanos all seem to have heat and evaporation issues. I will have that on the 29 but with no over flow evaporation will be a little more lienient.

P.S. would a 29 tall with a 150watt HQI work for an sps tank? Thats what i'm trying to end up with is a small sps tank.

iv been told that for all sps a 250w over a 29 is much better thats wat im planning on putting on my mixed 29 when i get it
