Since, it's your 1st time ordering from us we were going to send you a replacement impeller anyway to make a statement. However, it was deflating for us to assist you after reading your post in our forum.
To get facts straight, when you called 2 weeks ago, and last week, I was the person you where speaking with. The reason why I used the example in my earlier post is to remind you about the example you gave me on your first call. I have ask you to check if you can use the old impeller and see if it works because that would let me know if you needed a replacement pump or an impeller. You did not mention that the impeller was broken on your 1st call, you mentioned it on your second call last week.
Here's the back and forth email showing our intent in sending a replacement impeller to your location. Email or call the manufacturer to verify..
We all have obligations to our family and we can only do our best to provide what we can.

No big deal... I don't think its necessary to jump the gun the way he did in RC. It's necessary to ask for photos of items that was broken when you claim for warranty. I truly, dont like the idea of cultivating this childlike behavior.
Here's his address just send it when your able and charge our account.

I did not realize this was a Resun pump, I thought it was a OTP pump. We can send this guy a new impeller for the Resun. Sorry I was confused as to which pump. The OTP pumps had black needle wheel impellers with that up until about 2 years ago when we changed to a pin wheel impeller.

Something must have been sucked into the pump to break the pins. Let me know how you want to handle it?

David,
Please review the photo below and let me know what you think. He claims that the impeller was broke that is why it was making a loud noise initially when he turned it on.
However, I think we should offer him a discount or just replace the impeller as long as he ships the bad impeller back to our location.
