I recently picked up a very nice C. Collare (Pakistani Butterfly) from my favorite LFS and promptly added it to my QT tank. Within a couple of days of observation, I noticed a couple of obvious signs of concern. First, I noticed a few of it's scales looked like they were lifting away from its body. I also noticed a couple of things either growing on or attaching themselves on its fins. These things are white with black "eyes". Today I did a short FW dip but the fish showed some severe stress and I returned it to the QT. Shortly after the dip I noticed a few stringy things hanging on the underside of the fish and its color looked a little hazy. Anyone know what may be going on and how I should treat this fish. It eats fine. It is the most beautiful Pakistani I have seen in person, I'd hate to lose it... Thanks. -Steve
