Cal/Alk dose times

Hey everyone, I have been dosing my tank with BRS Two Part Cal/Alk for quite some time now and everything is doing great. Right now have them set up to dose 6 times per day..
So... Alk @ 00:00/04:00/08:00/12:00/16:00/20:00
Cal @ 02:00/06:00/10:00/14:00/18:00/22:00

The only bad thing is my PH rises up too much for my liking dosing it only six times. Do you think if I dosed 12 times per day, giving a full hour between the dose of calcium and alkalinity that I wouldn't have any problems of calcium precipitating out?

Thanks

I think you'll be fine. You could also set the dosers so they are not going into the tank in the same place (if they are now) if you're concerned.

I dose both Ca and Alk at the same time and place in my tank. I have yet to see calcium precipitate out.

I also dose at night to help keep PH up.

Even at dosing 6 times a day my PH goes from 8.40 to 8.55 every time. I'm hoping if span that into 12 times it will only fluctuate from 8.40-8.47 all day long.
I have my fuge light and my algae turf scrubber set to run at night so I have very little PH drop at night. Just the spikes when it adds alk every 4 hrs

I dose 24 times a day, alkalinity on the hour, calcium on the half hour. I get a small drop in pH during the night (I have a refugium with the lights set opposite the DT) but I prefer the gradual drop and increase in pH to the larger doses it would take to only dose alkalinity at night.

I dose 12 times a day. I have PH swing of 0.1. Very acceptable. The ocean PH swings from night to day. It is natural.

I also dose 24 times a day with the brs 2 part just like thegrun. It makes for a very stable system in my experience.

What is the daily and per-dose amount? I considered doing this too, but was concerned the error/deviation in dosing amounts could be more significant doing it this way.
