Calcium reactor help

I have a dual canister calcium reactor and not enough room under my tank for both and the bottle of co2. My questions are, is there a limitation on how far away I can keep my calcium reactor? I don't have enough room under my tank for both canisters and the big co2 tank. Can I put the tank in another room? Can i put the whole setup in another room an use my apex? Can I use rodi water to feed my calcium reactor? If these are noob questions, I am sorry. I have found over the last few years I get the best information from consulting with you guys.

I would not move the whole setup to another room. If the effluent line is too long, you could end up with air locks in the line causing flow problems. I'd just move the tank as long as you can reach the apex to control the regulator.

Thank you smoothdog. Makes sense. I can put the tank in the other room. Do you know the best place to buy long Apex USB cables? If I put it near my water station it's about 50 feet away and I have an extra eb4

Yes I believe I can. That's much smaller than the 20# I have.
