What are the good for , are they part of cleanup crew and can they coexist with other shrimp like cleaners?

Sorry dude , it was a joke. Camel shrimp aren't reef friendly.

I have had a camel for a year with my reef with no problems. Lately though I have noticed that my starfish was attacked as well as some of my candy cane coral. I dont know if he is the culprit or not but I am suspicious.
