Can an RBTA regain its color?

I have this RBTA that has been under power compacts for about 7 months, and in that time it lost a lot of its red color. I now have it under a 150 W 20K MH lamp hoping the color will come back. I feed it a silver side every week. The color of the anemone is mostly a dark and light green. Is it possible for the red zooxanthellae to come back, or will the anemone now be dominated by green instead?

The zooxanthellae isn't what makes it red, it is the pigments within the anemone that gives it that color.

But it you feed it (( short tentacles indicate, to me, that it isn't getting enough food )) and keep the water quality high it should return to its previous color.

i think ur light might not be strong enough with the 20k bulb i would get a 10k bulb. i hae one of them in my 29 gallon tank and my rbta is like a champ
