Can anyone help ID this?

Recently, I've had a huge outbreak of this stuff. Never seen it in 12 years in the hobby. At first I thought it was some kind of brown algae, but they are actually moving. Looks like tiny nudibranchs. This is the best picture I can get, my camera won't focus on them, even on macro. They are all over the glass, sand and rocks...

I had an outbreak of these two years ago. I bought a six line wrasse, someone told me he was supposed to eat them, but he didn't. I liked him anyway, so no biggie...I would try and suck them out during water changes, but this made no real impact. The only thing that worked was leaving them alone...The flatworm population just crashed and went away. I don't remember how long it took, but it couldn't have been more than a month. FWIW
 
Make sure you suck out as much of the FW's before you use FW exit on your tank. Most flatworms will release toxins when they die-off which can be substantially harmful to your tank and its inhabitants. Follow the directions to the letter as well.
