Can anyone help with crab identification?

I found this little guy in the back of my 29g biocube tonight. Not sure how or when he got there as it isn't exactly easy access with anything I've put in there. The only reason I happened to look in there tonight was I did a water change today and was checking water levels and I saw something move.

What is he and is he reef safe?

Looks like a Teddy bear crab. They are not reef safe if that is what it is.

He's not reef safe. If you have sump, you can give him a chance to give there. Otherwise, I would probably just get rid of it.

Teddy Bear...see if your LFS will work a trade. They aren't good for reefs but they are cool and someone with a FOWLR may like it.
