The more i look at it the more i'd guess that as well, but i've had a tri color in the past and it looks a lot different. It has blue tips, the encrusting is also showing some purple, green corallites (if thats the right word for those bumps that the polyps come out of, and the stem is more a whitish blue color. the one in the pic is in a lower area light, which is why it's showing a bit more brown.
