Can Anyone ID this?

What you do guys think this is? It has one big mouth on the top, and all kinds of little mouths all around. I would say its about 1.5 to 2 inches in diameter. Its fleshy, the big mouth on the top is about 1 inch and all the little mouths are about the size of an eraser head. Feeders come out on all of the mouths and it'll eat like a pig.

So what do you think?

A good top-down shot of the central mouth might help though. Looks like it could be a couple of things.
