Was blue, now looks brown. was it dyed? can it be dyed?

hmm...did it turn brown after being in your tank for awhile, or when you put it in the tank.
change bulbs recently, any other param problems like phosphates

thanks Justin/TiV, I just upgraded from a 10 to 33 g. The lighting is the same, 150w 15k
The coral looks better and bigger in its current location, however, the color has changed a lot from green/blue/brown to pretty much brown.
take a look
Does she look healthy? (You can see a tint of the blue near the bottom of the picture, although she is pretty much brown now)

dosen't look completely happy. It could just be acclimating to your new system...and your system is prolly going through a cycle...check your ammonia, phosphates,nitrates,and trites...
